As a leader, ask yourself: Do you have a compelling Vision ? Do we know where we are going? Is it so meaningful that people want to join our adventure? Do we have principles that guide us along the way?

Do we have the right people for the adventure? Have we created a culture where people want to provide their best efforts? Do we support them in their journey?  

Do we have good systems in place to support our peoples best efforts? Do we have the discipline to follow them? Does our capacity to innovate match our desires and needs?

Do we have a GPS that guides us in our journey? Can we identify the benchmarks ahead? Do we celebrate the progress and course correct as needed?
